De Mentale Wasstraat @home is the @home programme of De Mentale Wasstraat, offered by Stichting Garage2020. Whatever you need help with, a question about the programme, a problem with your account, or something in the community that does not belong there: here you always reach a real person.
Reports of inappropriate content are reviewed by a human moderator within 24 hours. That is our promise. If we remove content or act on your report, you do not need to do anything further.

Reporting inappropriate content or behaviour
The community is a shared space and we keep it safe together. There are three ways to raise the alarm:
- In the app: tap the options button on a post or reply and choose Melden (report). The report goes straight to our moderators.
- Block a participant: choose Deze persoon blokkeren (block this person) in that same menu. Their topics and replies disappear from your view immediately. Blocking is your own filter: it hides them from you and they are not notified. If someone is bothering you, report them too, so a moderator can suspend or ban the account.
- By e-mail: mail levi@garage2020.nl with the subject Melding community. Tell us what you saw and, if you know, the title of the topic and roughly when it was posted.
Every report is read by a human moderator within 24 hours. Depending on what we find we remove the content, suspend the account temporarily, or ban it permanently. The community rules say what is and is not allowed. We never tell the reported participant who reported them.
Privacy and your data
Questions about your personal data, or a request for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your data: e-mail levi@garage2020.nl. We respond within a month, as the GDPR requires. All details are in our privacy policy.
You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app, under the Profiel tab, and everything is gone at once. No longer have the app? Use the account deletion page.
Need help right now
This app is not a crisis service and we cannot read posts live. If you are thinking about suicide, or worried about someone else, talk to someone now:

- Outside the Netherlands: call the emergency number or crisis line of the country you are in.
Technical development
The app is built and maintained by an external development partner on behalf of Stichting Garage2020. The programme content was developed by design studio morgenmakers together with De Mentale Wasstraat. Technical problems can be reported via the support address above; we pass them on for you.
